What the job involves
- Conducting proactive research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investments
- Assisting in due diligence, financial modelling, and the preparation of investment materials
- Engaging with entrepreneurs, advisors, and intermediaries to understand opportunities aligned with the client’s investment mandate
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the SME and entrepreneurial sectors
Who we are looking for
- A strong academic background, with professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CA) being desirable but not essential
- Experience in corporate finance, private equity, or strategy consulting
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- A passion for the SME sector and entrepreneurial businesses
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
